The physical element of our training is dedicated to the study of traditional Ip Man Wing Chun to the highest standard in a relaxed, friendly, professional training environment.

The demands of modern western life doesn't leave masses of training time available to most working people, in truth most students who balance work, life and training have little capacity to really learn more than one martial art adequately to a high standard.

To maximise the training benefits we guage the student's needs in a number of areas (some of which are listed below) which are a core requirement for any Martial Art and tailor the individual?s training to maximise and improve these core areas within their overall training plan.

  • Basic control of their body mechanics
  • Ability to operate the body efficiently and effectively
